Buyer Beware We purchased a table and some chairs from here a couple of years ago and they were great, but I came here yesterday and the quality of inventory has really dropped. I was searching for a mini fridge, and purchased one yesterday, but I also ended up finding a chair for my office. Unfortunately the chair is too large for my office and I found a bunch of stains and rips on the back side once I got it out of the car. When I called to see if I could bring it back, the owner said they do not accept returns and that is “just the policy.” As a repeat customer who has also referred people to shop here, I do feel the owner could make an exception considering I spent nearly $400 here yesterday and would only be returning half of that. When someone tells me that they can’t do anything due to a policy they created then I have to enact my policy which is leave a review about the situation. If you have shopped here before, I would not recommend coming back as the inventory is in poor shape. If you do end up shopping here, just make sure you inspect every detail of the item and don’t let them hard sell you on leaving with the furniture right now because it’s the “last one” or it’s a “high quality brand that...

Took the day off #MEFIRST kinda' thing. I've been waiting a year to actually walk into Fort Pitt. I had to be the first customer of the day (there should be a gift for that) and was promptly greeted at the door. I expressed what I was looking for and sought out all the goodies. FP is smaller in person or it could be that I looked at 3 years of pictures, my expectations were skewed. Clean and well organized. Workers at every turn were pleasant and willing to help. I thought the furniture on the floor was in good condition. Didn't find the type of console table I wanted, but I scored a fly a**work chair and an Elizabeth Weiner Print. KNOW before you GO your style, taste, budget, measurements and anticipated repairs or upgrades that are doable. My items were loaded carefully into my truck with a "my pleasure" kinda attitude. Love the deals here but you have to ferequent it to get the best items if looking for so,emthing specifically. It would help if they posted on their Facebook page and website the furniture as it comes in that way I The images of inventory is up to date. As it stands tha ey have images of furniture long gone.
