Illinois Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Lake Township

Walked in no greet 3 people working bartender server and cook. Ordered our food and soda and a beer. After order was taken the server never came back to the table. Had to walk to the bar to get our refills said she would brimg them to the table but didn't waited 10mins had to go grab them I don't understand what happened to the bartender but he was gone and the server was bartending but the bar only had 3 people sitting but she said she was busy really. Just bad service this time around never had bad service here but it was again new people working there. Also the prices on the menu that they give you to order are different then what they charge you a burger with bacon and cheese was supposed to be $11 but got charged $16 2 burgers with cheese was supposed to be $7.95 each but got charged $12 each wow. Maybe they should upgrade their menus so it has the real price on it so customer will know. Just very bad service this time very...

The waitres was very nice to us, but she had a really hard time running the bar and tables on her own. This made the wait extremely long and while we all understood she had a lot onnher plate still made for an unpleasant experience. Their food is not bad at all but i would not say best in Illinois or USA especially for those prices and very salty fries. If you order cheese with your fries it seems like the microwave it. Also they have this non tax added to your bill that varies on the amount of food you eat. On our $79 dollar bill we got charged $8 extra and no one in the restaurant was able to tell us why they have this charge. I recommend to only go for drinks because they have good specials but anything else is disappointing, or make sure you have at least 2 hours to spend waiting for food and drinks because theyvare...

Used to come here before the pandemic and always got a guy and another girl who took our order . Came back today 08/07/21 and a girl that has been always there with the eyeliner (short) took our order and brought us our drinks. She brought us our drinks and checked up us once. Forgot about our food for over an hour when we were across the bar too. Then we asked for our bill and she still tried to charge us for the food!!! She obviously didn’t pay attention enough and would prefer goofying around with the older men sitting at the bar. Or she forgot after some dude brought her some Starbucks.
