Not communicative at all! Ordered the wrong shirt for my brother and emailed twice to see what their return policy is (which is stated nowhere on their site or in the order confirmation emails). No one responds. So now I am stuck with a $35 shirt that I can do nothing with except donating it, which adds to the surplus clothing problem we have and I hate that! So either make the policy clearer up front - which is nowhere to be found, or communicate with your customers. Not great to get ghosted - but I guess you got the money already and I got my product, so now you don't have to...
