The woman who was working on 8/5/25 was very rude. I visit this checkers often and have never had a problem. We drove to pay window because we waited over 10 min, even blew the horn but no response. We were the only car in the drive-thru at this time. After a couple of minutes at the window your employee she would not take the order after we explained why we came directly to the pay window. She told us we had to go back around and by this time there were other cars there. After getting back in line my grandchildren had some problem making up their mind, she got impatient, told us when we were ready to let her know. A man who said he worked there said we were not close enough to the sensor. So I got out of the car to the speaker to order & was told THE SYSTEM IS DOWN WE ARE NOT TAKING ORDERS. But took order from car behind us. I admit I was very upset, so I went inside to order and waited 10 minutes and was totally ignored by her and a young man who was preparing the orders. I live in the neighborhood and as I said always come here without problems. This time with grandchildren. Her behavior was totally uncalled for. I never disrespected her as she did me. I spoke to the gentleman who was in the parking lot, who I have seen there in the past. I thought he might intervene but he acted as though she was his boss, so I left. The wait times are unreasonably long — drivers are often left standing for 15–30 minutes even when the order is supposed to be ready. There is no sense of urgency, no respect for people’s time, and it feels like the staff simply does not care.
The employees show a clear lack of responsibility. They are careless with orders, often forget items, and when you ask for help or clarification, they ignore you or act annoyed. Instead of basic courtesy, you get disrespect and unprofessional behavior. It leaves drivers in embarrassing situations with customers and makes the entire process stressful.
