I had my speaker repaired by this place when I picked it up it worked at the time I took it back to my Business and within 30 days the speaker stopped working so I contacted them and let them know that the speaker wasn't working anymore I had a warranty on parts and labor I spent about $600 just to get the speaker repaired once I contacted them and let them know I wasn't working anymore they asked me to bring it to you so I took to speak it into them then they contacted me and told me that I went into the back of the speaker re-wired to speaker and resolve the speaker back that's why wasn't working I was playing tomorrow I had a warrant that made no sense for me to do that I don't even want to get into the back of this week is been a suggested that one of my employees went into the back of the speaker and rewired it is solid back that blew the app out and they wasn't going to honor the warranty or the parts never did I see the receipt for brand-new amp that they claim that they put in I went back-and-forth with them and they kept accusing me of a rewiring that speaker that made no sense then I send my wife to pick the speaker to speaker Weighting approximately over 50 pounds they gave my wife the speaker and told her they wasn't going to help her take it out so they left her to carry a speaker over 50 pounds to put into the car herself I wrote the Better Business Bureau I spoke to the owner several times and he kept accusing me of rewiring a speaker and refuse to honor the warranty parts and labor this was the worst experience that I have ever had dealing with a business I would never recommend this business to anyone I'm a business owner and at my business customers Service always comes first that's how we keep our doors open I would never treat a customer the way I was treated and I would never accuse a customer something like that and still to this day they have not repaired my speaker so as a customer I'm out of $600 for what I give this place on a scale...

Please beware!!!! This place is a scam!!! My son took a speaker receiver to get fixed over a month ago he paid cash upfront $50. We never heard back my son went in to ask and they had the nerve to say bc we ONLY paid $50 they would look at it whenever they had time seriously or felt like it!!!! BUT she had the nerve to say if we paid a EXTRA $15 we would possibly get it looked at in a week. What a joke. On top of it, it was shoved in back the box never even opened. I see why they only ask for cash to not have to give a refund. And we definitely didn’t get our money back. This place is a joke. If you want to be out of $50 and your electronics to be babysat this is the place for you. Sad they scammed a child and a senior. Save your money and time and avoid this place...

this place is very UNPROFESSIONAL. They don't even deserve one star. I WOULD RECOMMEND THAT NO ONE EVER COMES HERE FOR WORK ON ANY ELECTRONICS. Especially Laptops!!!!! They give you back damaged material that was not damaged before. The front desk staff is very rude and lie and do not have knowledge of ELECTRONICS and shouldn't be working there in the first place! And they over charge for sloppy work. And you cannot speak to the technician who works on your property because the lady at the front desk says you can't. but she isn't equipped with the knowledge to work at a electronic shop of any kind. Horrible...
