I had a terrible experience AT THE NEW LOCATION ..... these guys were just plain rude. I got two cars done here with sounds and amps paid nearly $600 and less then 3 weeks later my truck began having issues . Long story short the amp was wrongly placed on the back of MY CLOTH SEATS which everyone knows cloth and electricity causes friction which can cause a fire !! Anywho, i was driving and i saw sparks in my trunk then smoke, so i pulled over and realized my vehicle was on fire. So i opened the trunk and as I was opening it the right speaker burst in my face. AT THIS POINT i was in utter shock , not to mention since i got the job done the AMP had been switching on and off due to over heating ! So i should’ve known this was going to eventually happen but i kept putting it off eventho i knew an amp being latched on to a cloth seat was doomed from the start!! I then called the sound shop and the bald guy with the glasses was the one who took my call , and when i say he was extremely nasty and disgusting towards me i mean that. So i calmed myself down and proceeded to drive up there. Once i got there instead of telling me the owner wasn’t here so it wasn’t much they could do they basically tried convincing me it wasn’t the AMPS fault it was the speaker. And i could pay $200 more for new speakers and they infact lied and said both speakers were out when it was only the one speaker that caught fire!! So i plugged the left speaker back up on my own and showed them that it infact WAS NOT BLOWN. Then they kept Lauging in my face cracking jokes .... like what the heck is so funny about a woman and a mother of a 4 year old child’s car catching on fire which could’ve ended in all of us and others being severely injured , AT THAT POINT I FELT humiliated but it’s okay I know how to handle these type of situations and after this review i will be contacting the better business bureau because this is extremely unacceptable and i will not let this go without feeling completely satisfied. My experience was bittersweet at this particular location. The manager was a complete idiot. The price was reasonable since my van required a lot of labor for my radio installation, so no problems there. What really irked me was the owner. His name is Jose and he is a complete idiot. He ended up charging me first, promising me the radio I wanted was in stock. After a lot of fumbling around, he finally tells me that there were none in stock. He then promises me a different radio. He does the same thing and comes back with the same excuse. At this point, I was really upset. I let him know that I needed my money's worth, so I told him to give me a radio of my choice within the price range. He finally budged and gave me one of the older versions of the radio I wanted which was fine. Keep in mind that before he budged, he told me I had to pay an extra $30 for a new radio that was being shipped in the next 30 minutes. I obviously declined. I wasn't going to pay an extra $30 for a radio that was going to delay the installation time after i had already paid. Anywho, what really made my experience worthwhile was the tech crew. They were really cool and installed my radio in record time. The system sounds excellent. Quality service on their behalf. The only reason I would recommend this place is because of them. If you come here, for the love of God, please make sure they have your radio in stock before paying or they will screw you over BIG TIME. And if you can, try not to interact...

I have had a very bad experience, me and my guy spend 3,000 + on some rims and a lift job .as a result we’ve been without a car from the first day we took it back same thing happened.. the front end of the car dropped onto the rims destroying the tires and we had to have it towed home .100 because a flatbed is the only tow truck you can use with rims .. took it back a second time same thing happened.. asked to have the tires replace after only a few days of having these rims and was told No . But promise the job would be done correctly. Third time around it drops again we send it back to J&J electronic on 63rd off kedzie and the guy is obviously working with an attitude as if it’s our fault so get the car back and the axle is busted... we are not rice be we wanted the car to look nice and the whole experience was screwed up take our advice if you have money to spend on wheels please don’t waste it like we did these guys are not reasonable and the quality of their work is crappy and if they screw up they won’t replace your stuff...they didn’t do a...
