The quality of her merchandise is satisfactory! I've never had a problem with any purchased items being shipped missing, ripped, or the wrong item. She even ships on time without the long wait. She doesn't know me personally but it seems as if we've been knowing each other for a long time because of her loyalty to what she sells and how she values her customers.
