The worst experience I've ever had in the food industry. Made an order through grub hub at 10 am, it was estimated by them for my food to arrive by 11:15 am. Called into the restaurant at 11:40 asking about the delay, she let me know that the driver wouldn't be longer than five minutes. At 11:50 I called back for a refund because quite frankly to wait 2hrs on an order is absurd. The woman that answered was rude, she said " we will contact grub hub, I'm sorry." She didn't wait for my responce, she had already hung up. This morning I called in to talk to a manager, Keisha answered sounding quite bored. I wasn't able to hear what she was saying with the background noise and the low voice she was using. Read moreJust ordered from ubereats. Girl on the phone was so rude and lied to me about my order being canceled. Order was accepting, prepared and on the way and was cancelled. I called the restaurant and was told another driver would pick it up (which I knew was a lie because I’ve worked in food service with ubereats). I call her back after waiting and she says I have to reorder (they are now closing in 20 minutes) and tells me she never told me another driver was coming. Call Uber that’s all she says and hangs up.
