I ordered from uber eats and when the driver delivered I can tell my order was incomplete! I had ordered a #1, a #2, 1 extra cheese burger, and 1 6piece chicken ring. I felt the sealed bag and could tell more than half of my order was not there! So, I then drives up to the restaurant myself. Bag still sealed! I asked them where is the rest of my order. The cashier then unsealed the bag and looks at the receipt noticing my #1, chicken rings and extra cheeseburger is missing. He apologized and begin to reprepare the order. However, I asked him to remake my whole order since I had to drive up here myself for the rest of my order. He gives me only the missing items. I then explained my entire order should've been remade. He says the manager (a woman that never acknowledged me) says to only give what was missing. After myself and my husband start to complain out loud she then tells him to remake it. However, she still never acknowledged us! Bad Management and Bad customer service for your error! I did a complaint with ubereats as well! This is totally unacceptable! What if I didn't have the means to come up to the restaurant to get the rest of my order. The rest of my family would go hungry! She never apologized! I will be also...
Read moreThis place is an abomination. I visited this location because I was in the neighborhood and had a free meal via the app. Went to pick up my order and was served cold, hard French fries. I asked the older Lady that should know better than to serve customers old food, and She hollered out with an attitude "Well the meal is free anyway, so what's the problem"?? I was taken back but I kept my composure because I'm a Queen, and I don't go back & forth with peasants. I'm totally convinced this is not the first time She's done this to a customer, because when I pulled into the parking lot She was outside and looked spooked, as if someone was coming to give Her the "Business". I will NEVER visit this location ever again, and I will encourage family & friends to follow suit. She needs to be coached and or replaced. She is too old for the madness, and is a bad example for the younger...
Read moreI placed two orders in the drive thru. The cashier handed the vehicle in front of me my food to which he handed it back and she looked dead in my face to see if I seen. I did. I asked if that were the case and she lied to my face of course. She gave me the food, I open it and look at it to find three old burgers. I gave them back to the cashier who had an attitude because how dare I want properly cooked fresh food for the money I paid. Of course it took three people to come to the window. They give me three even older dried up burgers (pictured). I called and spoke to the manager Angie who insisted that those burgers were fresh even though they weren’t. I was born at night Angie, not last night. May you and your team’s food always be prepared with the exact same courtesy that you bestowed upon me and other...
