Very rude shop keeper. I mean rude and not happy. This B told my kid she was rude. My kid was not rude I would be the first to admit it if they were. My five year old said to her, “ why do you need money? “ what I think my kid was trying to say was “ why would you ever need money if you live in a candy paradise,” my wife and I were stunned when she said to my kid she was rude. Also I bet she wouldn’t talk to her affluent elite customers like this. This I am sure of. I grew up in Lakeview and I love the Music Box Theater thats right next door. Too bad… Get a different job lady. It’s a candy store not the county morgue. I looked up the company and it ain’t the owner I’m talking about. I will not be going back to that...

I stumbled across Candy Ality in need of party favors for my nieces 25th birthday the assortment of chocolate and sweets they have it's a candy land right in the heart of Chicago they also Cary all the candy that is manufactured in Chicago Allison was on top of her game she helped with every detail and I thank her especially with the short time she had to work with the cotton candy ( they spin their own cotton candy) was a hit!!! Was looking for something fun to gift my nephews & niece that could be delivered since I personally don’t live in the area & was thrilled to find this local spot online. Shout out to Allison, I simply gave her the kids’ ages & she put together customized candy boxes while being more than willing to work around & accommodate some food allergies. Gift boxes were delivered within the given timeframe & were a huge hit. Customer service over the phone was top-notch, can’t wait to visit this place in person next time I’m in town, thanks...
