Sullivan's Grocery — Local services in Lake Village

Worst Service I've EVER HAD in my Life, the checker instead of starting to check any of my items which would have totaled OVER $100, after I waited for her to check out the 2 people that was in front of me? She told the person that was behind Me they could go before me, since they didn't have very many items!!!

If that's the case ANYONE who tries to check out in that store, and someone else behind Them have less ltems than You do, then They WILL BE ALLOWED TO CHECKOUT BEFORE YOU WILL!!!

I called the store and asked for a manager, the Manager told me his name was Erick? I told Him what had happened to me, and he didn't say NOT ONE WORD ABOUT IT, no sorry nothing!

He just said I'll tell the manager, and I asked him, "I thought You said You was the Manager"? He said no I'm the assistant manager, the manager has already left for the day!

So u asked "WELL whats the Store Managers Name" He told me it was James, but would NOT tell me when he would be back at the store?

I used to spend between $100 and $300 dollars a weeks here a Sullivan's, but NOT ANYMORE, I'll be going to "JADE'S" in Hamburg where they Treat You Like A King, and Carry Your Groceries Out and Put Them In Your Car, With A Smile, and A Thank You!!!

Sullivan's could sure learn from the kind of service Jade's gives its...

Sunflower, where do I begin? It was so cold walking in I could see my breath and my nipples protruded outward harder and longer than ever before. I was sad to learn that the charcoal was 5 dollars higher here than at save mart in mcgehee. The meat looked sad and old. I was visiting family when I ventured into this grocery store. All I can say is, in memory of the late "Gomer Pyle" -- "Shame, shame, shame!" It's my opinion, this store is preying upon the elderly, by charging outrageous prices. They get by with this because of lack of competition. Next time, I'll save us all money by purchasing a Yeti cooler and all the food we'll need before leaving, so we won't have to grossly over pay...
