Do not purchase furniture at badcock their furniture are not good. I purchased furniture for almost $3.000 over there including a mattress at badcock in less than a year the sides of the mattress ripped apart, when I called the store about the issue, they transferred me to badcock services for lake worth Florida location. I spoke to an agent they sent someone over to take pictures, than I received a call from someone name Raza she stated that the mattress have stains they can't do nothing for me, I told her I just want someone to come out to stitch together the part because I can see inside the mattress even though I used scotch tape to cover it. Raza was very fresh very rude with her slick smart mouth questioned me 'maaam' have you ever heard they repaired mattresses she started telling me the price of the mattress how I was protect the mattress, I asked her to speak to her manager Raza replied well my manager will tell you the same thing. I insisted Raza placed me on hold for a long time than returned telling me her manager wasn't available leave a message. After spending 3 days waiting for the manager to returned my call I had to call them back, I spoke to a representative name Stephanie very nice, very kind and extremely patient, Agent Stephanie made several attempts to help me unfortunately she couldn't she was able to help with my dinning room which also wasn't good Stephanie sent me a new table. I ended sleeping on the ripped mattress until today but I will never ever purchase anything else from badcock furniture, they only nice to customer when customers purchasing their trashy furniture. Have been purchasing furniture at this location for quite sometimes now have always make sure I take care of my payments,December last year I called to make a payment whoever that person that took my payment saying that was my last payment Now we in March little did I know Badcock wouldn’t stop calling my phone to collect one last payment, when I finally spoke to someone i knew there yesterday he told me I have one more payment to make I asked to speak to a manager witch I did I believe he’s the one in charge of finance at that location,not only he was so aggressively speaking to me he was even yelling at me on the phone like I was the one made the mistake,this man has no respect for customer he shouldn’t be dealing with finance. Read moreI had the worst experience with a Badcock cooperate Warehouse employee named Nerline. She was very rude and disrespectful. She does not know how to communicate with customers. I tried to report her to her supervisor Giselle but never received a callback. The only reason i gave this review 1 star is because the Lake Worth store employees and delivery guys were great. Because of the horrible customer service that i received from the corporate office i cancelled my entire order and do not plan on doing buisness with this company. I still have not received a callback from any manager regarding this issue. I am very disappointed and will not recommend them to anyone. I will continue doing buisness with the company that i have used for the last 15 years because they care about their customers and Badcock obviously doesn't. I will continue to post this review everywhere possible so that other people are warned. I wish i could attach the recording of my call with Nerline so that it could go viral. She has the worst attitude EVER!!!! she should not be working in customer service and i'm sure it's not her 1st complaint.
The Lake Worth store employees deserve recognition because they have great customer service skills and will go over and beyond to make their customers happy.
