Tire side is great. The brothers are both polite and professional.
The problem came with the actual sound products. I paid in 1k in full for 4 mids and 2 tweeters with an amp and upgraded wiring. The problem came when I started noticing various problems with the system. Upon arriving, I was told everything could be done in a matter of hours. It took 2 days. They blamed it on them thinking they could find existing wire (keep in mind I paid 100 dollars extra for upgraded wire) and cleaned nothing up in the car when done.
About 2 weeks later the amp wasn't working. I went back and a wire burned up because it wasn't big enough. Come to find out, it was an existing wire from factory radio. Again, I paid extra. Then, I tried tuning the radio because there were no high notes. Come to find out, there were no tweeters at all (included in price). I asked why and they said they couldn't find where to put them. They are on the door. You can touch them with your hand. They didn't give them to me free but hey, whatever I didn't care 30 bucks isn't 1000.
NEXT, I'm going in my trunk to replace the struts and I'm looking at the amp and thinking to my self what is this mounted to? I lift the mat under and the put a screw through my spare. Luckily it was the apprentice and they gave me a new spare from his brother for free.
Lastly, my dad now has my car to do some repairs and is adding tweeters for me. Come to find out, they put a mono amp for a 5 channel system. Its sounds like hot garbage. And he said a little bit of static was okay. Every actual professional has told me I was ripped off and scammed. They charged me 500 for equipment with another 300 for labor. I do not reccomend if you are any type of handy. Or if you are willing to spend the...
Read moreIn April 2024 I had them paint a body kit. This was my third time using them. This time they painted the pieces the wrong color. Not only that it started chipping the first time I drove it. Kevin assured me he used the right paint and his supplier must have given him the wrong paint. Told me he would make it right and meet me to pick up another body part to show his supplier(a piece he previously painted) and that never happened.
When I told him I wanted my money back or to fix the paint he ghosted me until I sent him photos of estimates I got to fix the paint. He finally responded with a laughing emoji. I ended up filing a civil lawsuit and had a process server serve Kevin and his brother. I did some research and it turns out this guy doesn't own anything. My process server found out from his previous landlord he left damages and even he is chasing after him for repairs on the house he rented. After he didn't show up for court 3 times the judge made a ruling in my favor of 3,670 dollars which of course this bum hasn't paid yet.
The car in question is still in storage and I don't drive it. Don't take your projects to this ship unless you want to deal with brothers that smile in your face and don't fix any problems that they created. In the photo you can clearly see its two different colors. The peice I'm holding is what he painted years ago and now the fender and front bumper are a completely different blue. You've...
