I was having an unusual issue with my phone after dropping it and all the phone repair places I contacted either didn't respond or told me that they couldn't fix it and I had to take it to an apple store. Cells2go was very responsive through facebook and told me that they should be able to fix my phone so I stopped by after work. Just a heads up, this was my first time here and I had a hard time finding the store. I'm not sure where the designated parking was for it and the location was in a sketchy area. However, I would not hesitate to go back here. Not only did they offer me an affordable solution to fix my phone, but they had two different options for me. But their quality far surpasses their competitors. I’ve had many phones repaired by them over the years and I have never run into any issues. I would not recommend this repair shop. I brought in my phone for and the service was extremely disappointing. Not only did it take longer than promised, but the repair was poorly done — screen is still not working just like the man who was sitting there.

When I tried to follow up, the customer service was unhelpful and dismissive. For the price I paid, I expected professional service, but instead I now have a phone in worse condition than before. He offered a poor excuse- much like himself.
