Hey, my name is DONT WORRY ABOUT IT, and I’ve been a loyal customer at Walgreens for over 15 years. Honestly, I’m really frustrated right now because my prescriptions are almost never ready when I need them. It feels like they’re always out of stock. But here’s the kicker – I went in with my white friend, and we both had the same medication prescribed. We even arrived 10 minutes apart. When he went to pick up his prescription, it was ready and waiting for him. But when I went to pick up mine, they told me it was out of stock.
We even walked back to the area together to see if they’d notice we were together, and once they did, they tried to avoid eye contact and act like they didn’t know what was going on. I asked them, “Why was his ready and mine wasn’t?” And their excuse was, “Oh, his was already ready before yours.” I called them out on it because I knew that wasn’t true. My prescription had been sent three days ago, while his was sent the same day.
We get the exact same medications, and I don’t understand why this is happening. It feels like something’s not right, and I just can’t figure out why they’d treat us so differently. I’ve been a customer here for so long, but this situation really makes me question...
Read more. I am writing to express my concerns regarding the treatment I’ve received while attempting to fill my pain medication prescription. I understand that there are procedures in place, but I feel that I have not been treated with the necessary care or respect, and this has caused me considerable distress.
When I approached the pharmacy, I encountered a rude attitude from the staff, and no one was willing to offer help or clarification regarding my prescription. As someone in significant pain, I was hoping for more understanding and support in this matter.
It’s like she hates her own kind and she is also African American. I have seen her treat different nationalities with respect but when it comes to me or people that looks like her it’s a different story. If I say hello she feel like I’m coming off aggressive and I am not…. She is a Jamaican pharmacist, brown skin tone, low hair cut with blonde Afro. Even the staff including the pharmacy techs is rude and lie about the prescriptions. They don’t understand the difficulty of my situation, I’m just seeking help and trying to manage my pain, everyone is not...
Read moreThis is absolutely the WORST pharmacy ever with the most RUDE people. I scheduled my booster shot at another Walgreens, and I was told that the pharmacist called in sick. So I sent to this Walgreens since the other one said that they are covering their appointments for the day. No one was at the COVID-19 appointment counter. I stood there for 5 minutes with two women trying to not make eye contact with me. Finally one of them addressed me and said I need to reschedule. I said I already have a confirmed appointment and the tall black lady said "There's nothing I can do for you." Worst customer service I have ever experienced. It was 3pm and she said they couldn't take anymore vaccine appointments because they close at 5pm. I said I was willing to wait, and she refused to uphold my appointment. She was definitely just being LAZY. It doesn't even bother me that I have to reschedule my appointment, it was her HORRIBLE attitude. I wish I got her name so that I can file a complaint...
