Similar scenario to the individual below me. I brought in my vacuum for repair. I was told it would be a few hundred dollars. Instead of fixing it I purchased a used one from the owner. Two days later I called him and said it was broken and didn’t work. He agreed to take it back and refund it. While returning the inoperable vacuum he sold me I paid for the initial repair on my vacuum. After taking my money he then told me he his card reader doesn’t work and to come back to refund it. A few messages later he has failed to call back (this is over the course of about 6 weeks). Plenty of time to refund it. No refund given.Take your business...

I purchased a vacuum January. Chris agreed to trade the machine when I came back as I was unable to use the purchased machine due to a severe back issue. After a bit of time I realized the machine was not working well. I returned to Chris and he agreed to look at it and after some delay he said it needed a new motor. I had not heard from him and so I called in June and he said he would call me when it was ready. I have not heard back and filed a complaint with the BBB, requesting a refund at this point. My bissell steam mop would not power on. I called bissell, as it was still under manufacturer warranty. They told me to take it to Vacuums and More. I called to check the holiday hours and took it immediately. I told him what the problem was and he gave me a replacement. It was that easy. I thought I’d need to wait days if not weeks for a repair.
