Similar scenario to the individual below me. I brought in my vacuum for repair. I was told it would be a few hundred dollars. Instead of fixing it I purchased a used one from the owner. Two days later I called him and said it was broken and didnât work. He agreed to take it back and refund it. While returning the inoperable vacuum he sold me I paid for the initial repair on my vacuum. After taking my money he then told me he his card reader doesnât work and to come back to refund it. A few messages later he has failed to call back (this is over the course of about 6 weeks). Plenty of time to refund it. No refund given.Take your business...
