Im giving a 5 star because of every member of you staff...EXCEPT Michael his attitude and the way he scoffs at guest is not reflective of the rest of this staff. Everytime weve gone thrpugh his line hes had an attitude or been rude! Tonight was the last time i was willing to ignor it!!! I juat got off of a very long stressful shift at my restraunt it was 1w minutes before closing ( im sorry) he was the only register open and had just wiped it down. I started loading my groceries and he scoffed so loud i could hear it through his mask. SO RUDE IT WASNT EVEN A BIG ORDER OR DRIPPY THINGS THAT WOULD MESS HIS CLEANING UP!!!! I normally i do not complain but my husband AND i regularly shop here usually filling 2 sometime 3 carts for our very large family... i garuntee the manaher who may read this (WE LOVE HIM BTW) will know exactly who we areš... we love this store but common michael stop being so unpleasant and rude especially when the guest is smiling and friendly!!! Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis has been my moms & my favorite grocery store for more than the past decade. Today I tried using a coupon cause like most of us, I'm trying to save anywhere I can. The item is $3.29 on sale and I had a $2 off coupon. The cashier Jasmine started getting rude & loud with me because I wanted the $2 off to be applied. She changed it again once I asked about it being applied but was so rude. She still charged be $1.80 instead of correcting it properly to the $1.29 since I had the $2 coupon. The few pennies were the least of my concern since she was getting loud with me over it and started talking about me to the next customers in line. I felt very offended and thats so surprising because everyone here is usually so nice. That was so unnecessary. I even had to ask the cashier Jasmine to cool it because she was embarrassing me. I literally drive 40 minutes to shop here to be treated badly today,because I'm trying to save a little $$. I don't understand why people work in customer service if they dislike people so much. Itās quite a lot for a store to get together a day after the order is put in. When I first spoke Joel he informed me of the the best day of the week to place our order so that we would be able to get everything and not fall short. Every week they work as a team and prepare our order and have it ready for pick up. They have never fell short and are always ahead of schedule. If you want to have peace of mind knowing your order will be filled properly, efficiently, and on time then you will not be disappointed if you choose to place your orders with Joel and his team.
