Silver Palm Lodge — Hotel in West Palm Beach

What's the point of allowing families to stay..if you are going to be rude, inconsiderate, dishonest etc. Honestly, what is the point..? Well, we stayed and made this people a lot of money. All for them to be rude to us..Money hungry and unprofessional business owners. Rita, works out right there at the motel.Walking by your door, going in circles as she works out on a property that's either hers or the bank... But Jesus! People are paying you their hard work earn money and your gonna workout on property..?Have some respect and consideration! There is a Gym for that! Go to the gym!. Seriously. Also, we found broken things in the room.Which since we are nice citizens we told them as soon as you can please.I had to get serious about it for them to fix it. Because if not.They would have never came by.I had to clean the entire room very well. It was full of dust. Dirty. We made it work because we had no other better choice at that time. But honestly this place is more for a nighter or people that don't care much for where they stay at. Or for immigrants families like the family they have upstairs..That has been staying there for over 2 years now! The place needs proper maintenance and updating. And manners! Seriously! These Indian people are something else! If you can find something better...

This isn’t your ordinary hole in the wall lodging place, it’s a great spot. What makes it so different than the other lodging places? Well number one, the owners. Their hospitality or like no other places I’ve been to and believe me I’ve been to a lot of places. One of the owners, his name is D Has a way with customers. Very respectful, he doesn’t look at you as just another customer that he’ll never see again, but more like I want you to feel comfortable and be able to think of this please when you come back to visit. His staff are very friendly not like some of the other ones were the maids are like crabby or something. Everything is pretty clean, showers are nice size and they do everything to make sure that you have everything you need for your stay. This is my place to go to when I visit West palm. Convenient location if you need to go shopping for groceries or just wake up in the morning and walk across the street for hot coffee. All this and more are the reasons why I would rate this place a six star if there was an option for that. Reasonable pricing, warm welcome and hospitality, convenient location next to Havana, but the most important to me was how they treated me,...

We checked the reviews and they were very good.
