Most of the time the tumbling classes have coaches that are young and lack professionalism. Several of the coaches chat/gossip and show up in pajamas while kids are trying to learn new skills. There was never a structure to the class, but rather the coaches making up lessons as the class starts. I kept my daughter here as she seemed to enjoy being with the other girls in her class, but she also wanted to try softball for the fall. I asked to have my daughters account put on hold so she could try softball and was told it was no problem. Then I was charged at the beginning of the month and left a voicemail requesting a refund reminding the Cheer Gem of my daughter’s account being on hold. I never received a call back, an email...
