Went into store June 2021 spent about 30 minutes speaking to someone regarding window coverings . They said they would call to set up for measurements. Within 3 weeks I called and no one returned call . I finally spoke to owner , said she would call me when her “employee “ could come measure … never heard another word ! Spent 6k with someone else & it was great service. Such a disappointment with Lakeport Furniture.. wanted to shop...

Spent over $5000 on some couches and a recliner. The son employee said all the right things and guaranteed everything. Well the recliner lasted days. The owner was rude and unprofessional. We ended up dumping the recliner, floor model but paid full price. Won't ever shop...
