No. I just put it 5 stars so it would be seen. This place was NOT good at all. Firstly, my boyfriend and I were up here to go to my aunts memorial. We walked inside and the lady looked at us like we were holding guns! She said in a VERY judgmental voice, "just two right...?" We said yes not thinking much of it. Then she started going on and on with the same "get out of here" look on her face, about how teenagers party and she doesn't want us having ANY visitors. She was LITERALLY trying to get us to leave, not even touching her computer, saying "No ones with you?" And "I had young people in here last week and they lied about having visitors and through a party" I was astound at how GROSS her manners were. You had to be there to really know how she was acting. Then when she FINALLY realized we weren't leaving, we got a room. The big ass box tv DID NOT work, it was stuck on nick jr, not my fav channel of course. The blankets on the bed were very itchy. The floors were gross. The bath had weird flakes that wouldn't go away, no matter how many times I drained it and re-filled it. Overall, Motel 6, was a better experience! DO...
Read moreI booked a room. Then when I arrived to claim my booked room the person in charge of the motel didn't honor my booking reservation claiming a contractor working there left the carpets to wet and refused to let me see for myself the factual bases to support his claim and his reason to not honor my booking reservation. I got the impression he wanted to create some kind of issue for someone whose presence was unobservable. As a result of the failure to honor my booking reservation I had to stay at another neighboring motel that lacked proper accommodations for a disabled person where I slipped and fell and hit my head on the water tank lid mounted behind the toliet at the Anchorage Inn Lakeport. I do NOT recommend the Regency Inn Lakeport nor its neighbor the Anchorage Inn Lakeport for the kind of disregard I received and experienced as a disabled person where, as a result I came to suffer physical and emotional harm. I further feel that some kind of...
Read moreREAD THIS BEFORE STAYING HERE!! My wife and I stayed here for a night because we had no other options. We were beyond disappointed to say the least. The rooms were gross and dirty. There where spiders everywhere. The price for this less than mediocre room was outrageous. The room literally smelt like my grandmothers closet.
The Skylark inn next to this “fine establishment” was 40$ cheeper and 1000 times cleaner. This was the absolute worst experience we have ever had at a hotel. The staff was creepy and off putting. The TVs are outdated and barley worked. The “high speed wifi” sign out front was a complete lie. We couldn’t even open a social media app on our phones connected to their wifi.
I honestly hope this hotel gets owners and management. We will never return here or recommend this hotel anyone. No one should ever stay here. I beg you to take your business else where to people who actually deserve it and take care of...
