Completely disappointed. Wish the former owner was still there. I brought in my PC which was running Windows 7. The computer was a little slow and I simply asked for it to be sped up. More ram was the discussed idea. Instead I was handed my computer back with Windows 10 and none of my information and files were saved. I was not asked if I wanted to upgrade ever. I use Windows 7 to run a program for work and this debacle has been devastating to our operations. Very disappointed in the new owners and staff. I was forced to pay for a "roll back" elsewhere.
