Service (0 Stars) - Ordered a burger and fries for pickup using current online menu. The girl on phone said she was new and needed help to find that. Someone came over and showed her. She gave me a total and told me it would be 30 minutes. When I showed up a server handed me a bag and said "smokehouse burger" and I told her know I didn't order that. She insisted that I did and continued to repeat the name and I kept saying no. She then admitted that the burger I ordered they no longer serve. So they bold face lied to a customer, tried to gaslight, and implant the name of the burger like I'm dumb. Not only that these mentally diseased people had the nerve to cross out the name of what I ordered and wrote a different name. After most my career in the restaurant industry this is the worst I've seen, these people genuinely don't care and that's a massive red flag. Most sane front of house people would have simply admitted the mistake instead of doing all of that, mistakes happen all the time. Cooks (3 Stars) - They cooked their gaslight mystery burger perfectly (Although I was absolutely not in the mood for BBQ sauce or this burger at all). Their fries were ice cold and rubbery. They have a ticket time of 30 minutes for a burger and fries at 5pm. Overall mediocre with potential.

My husband and I had the pleasure of dining here the evening of 10/09/2023 while staying at a friends house on the lake. The Saw Shop has a typical pub atmosphere, with a few tables inside, a few tables on the covered porch, and a few tables under a canopy on the front patio (looks like it used to be parking area). They were fairly busy for a Monday evening, but the service kept pace and the food came quickly. We ordered the Street Taco Salad and the Chicken Cobb Salad. The Taco Salad came with charred beef tips that were cooked perfectly, a salsa/ranch dressing, pickled onions, and very fresh greens. The Cobb had "the best fried chicken" my husband has ever had, a gorgonzola dressing, and mountains of bacon, cheese, and pickled jalapenos on top of fresh greens. The house made iced tea was also excellent. Pricing was appropriate for the quality of food and service. I think we paid around $50 for the two (very large) salads, iced tea, and tip. Overall, our visit was very satisfying and we will definitely be back on our next trip.

We had an amazing time working along with the Sawshop on planning a surprise 30th wedding anniversary for our best peeps. From the menu planning, setting a doable budget and allowing us to use our creativity when it came to planning the event space; we were very impressed! The workability flexibility was a refreshing addition to our plans. The restaurant owner Wes was a pure joy to work with and the Chef Vince helped us create the perfect menu. During the actual event, the Waite-staff was extremely attentive. They accommodated a signature cocktail bar with specialty cocktails specific to our friend’s favorites. As an event planner, not all venue owners are created alike. We were very pleased overall with the experience from start to finish. We would definitely use the Sawshop again for any major events or just a casual dining with friends and family, awesome experience. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We LOVE this place! We had dinner here on Friday 10/7/2022 and enjoyed it so much we made dinner reservations for Saturday 10/8/2022, and went back for brunch on Sunday 10/9/2022 before we left town. Friday we ordered the kid's fish and chips, Shrimp Portifino, and the Ribeye special. All of the dishes were so delicious, we asked to speak with the chef to compliment and thank him. Saturday we had additional guests with us. We ordered the kid's chicken strips, three of us ordered the Ribeye special, and the other ordered the stuffed pork chop special. All dishes were fabulous! Sunday we went back for brunch and started off sharing a cinnamon roll that was sooooo good my eyes literally rolled back in my head the minute it hit my tongue. Our daughter ordered the blueberries & cream French toast and the lemonade, which had a its own special surprise--bubbles, something she had never had in lemonade but thoroughly enjoyed! My husband ordered the beef tip hash, I had the buttermilk biscuits & gravy, and both were exquisite! I also ordered coffee which arrived in a French press accompanied by a container of heavy cream. ❤️ Our favorite server, Sue, and the server we had Sunday morning (forgive me but I can't remember her name) went above and beyond and provided exceptional service. Sergio and Victor take great pride in their work, offer unique quality dishes, and truly understand the relationship between creating dishes that not only nourish the body, but also provide a pleasurable and memorable dining experience. It was a breath of fresh air to find a restaurant where the staff, atmosphere, service, menu, beverages, and food were all phenomenal. Thank you for all of the wonderful food and memories 10/7/2022...

Can't say enough about the staff, attentive and gracious. But our food could be called everything but.... Close friends staying with us insisted on treating us and everything was perfect up to receiving our entre'. Admittedly, one takes a chance on ordering a meal called Pasta alla Pizzaiola, with Grilled chicken breast, pepperoni, salami, black olives, mushrooms, and pepperoncini in a tomato cream sauce on linguine pasta, topped with mixed cheese, and fresh basil. Probably a dozen ways to plate such a dish several of which I easily imagined, yet none of those visions saw them all in a bowl smothered with American white and yellow cheeses (basil?) topped with a large spoon. The disappointment was as palatable as realizing the missed opportunity to enjoy all the flavors this dish could have presented. What overwhelmed the subtle flavors like a tank flattening a VW was the pepperoncini that stuck to every fork and the abundant salami. Had the day's temperature been the reverse of the sweltering 93, the dish, less its competing flavors, might have been a hit. Minus several expensive ingredients, I might have expected this amalgamation at an Applebee's. Along with the messy Blackened Trout, the Saw Shop's former brand of uniquely crafted, abundantly flavorful plates might well be devolving to the chain...
