Desperate Eaters only !
The three of us came to rescue A pet Rat at the pet store across the street from Studebaker's. We went in for Mocha's , Coffee ☕️, Some Sandwiches 🥪 & A breakfast burrito 🌯.
First, the young Hispanic kid and Hispanic Girl employees need customer service interaction training. Next, we were told our name would be called when our food was ready to pick up, 10 minutes - then 15 minutes goes by, so I walk up to the counter to check the progress and our food is just sitting on the counter for who knows how long?
I bring our food to our table and I couldn't believe how ridiculously small by breakfast burrito 🌯 was ( I should've taken a picture) - for around $9.00 - No way !
I know it's difficult to get fly's 🪰out of A restaurant - not very appetizing watching a fly get swatted. The fly's 🪰 were a newsance. Little tip for management, when A fly gets in my house - I take a Tupperware bowl & lid & trap the fly with the bowl - then slide the lid under the bowl - trapping the fly inside - this is less noticeable - A win win.
Overall, out of Desperation or to just grab a quick coffee ☕️ to go - then this...
Read moreI stopped by Studebakers Deli in Kelseyville, California, on Saturday during a ride around Clear Lake. As I arrived at 3:00pm there was no one else in the deli , just the 3 employees. The main dining area was already being cleaned and was closed. Of course, there was no wait as I ordered the Hudson sandwich that was offered on their menu board. The sandwich was disappointing, the bread was small and dry, there was only a little mayonnaise spead on the sandwich and no mustard or pickles, or produce of any kind. I was expecting lettuce and tomatoes but only a very small amount of ham and Swiss cheese were on the sandwich. Maybe I was hoping for more, but this sandwich was underwhelming. The restaurant itself is very nostalgic, and there is seating inside and out front on the street. Maybe if I were to visit again in the future I will get a...
Read moreWriting this review before I even try the food because I believe service is apart of the appeal for every dish. I wasn’t greated by any staff working and waited 10 mins at the register waiting to order while they looked around almost like they were suppose to be there. They seemed more interested in chatting than working. It took them 10 mins to toast a bagel for a different customer which is wild considering a bagel doesn’t take that long to toast or add cream cheese. Took me 25 mins to get my sandwich. I’m in town as a brand rep on business and i wish went to a sit down restaurant instead because I ended up being late back to work and got written up. Anytime other reps are in town or I’m up here visiting family I will tell them this is the...
