Horrible! Absolutely the worst. They use very cheap quality parts. I was in a hurry after cracking the screen on my iPhone 7 Plus and decided to take my iPhone here instead of driving to the Apple store, BIG mistake. The replacement screen started to have touch issues after a couple days and then after a week the home button and screen both died. The phone went into an endless startup loop. Took the phone back and a different girl opened my phone and said the last tech forgot the tape needed to hold the screens cable in place so the ribbon cable on the screen came out. The girl installed a new screen but the new screen was defective and some how messed up my wireless connection. Took the phone back a third time and the girl installed a new screen that resolved my wireless issue and told me many of the screens in the last batch they got were defective. After the third screen was installed I started getting bright spots all over the screen, took it back again and the same girl put another screen on. The new screen worked good for a couple days then bright spots started appearing again. Not worth my time or the hassle to take it back again. All I can do is warn others to stay clear.

Also, they are never open when they say they will be open. Twice I showed up at 10 and no one came until 11,...

DO NOT GO HERE TO GET YOUR PHONE FIXED!!!!!! I went there for a simple LCD replacement on my iPhone 6. The lady who fixed my phone did not check to make sure everything worked once she finished so when I got home & tried to turn my fingerprint and passcode back on it said my fingerprint sensor did not work but it worked before then because that was the only way I could unlock my phone. Also I noticed my front camera was fuzzy. When I took it back of course the lady who fixed my phone was not there & they had no paperwork of me ever coming. The lady who was there this time said usually when the fingerprint sensor is broke there is no way to fix it but she would try to see what she could do and for my camera all it needed was to be cleaned. She cleaned my camera but did nothing for my fingerprint sensor. So I came back a third time & the lady who fixed my phone the first or the second time was hiding behind the wall they have & was telling the boy upfront what to say. I left my phone with them for two hours & when I came back they still had not fixed my sensor and they also said they didn't know what to tell me about it. No one apologized for messing up my phone nor were they any help with trying to get the problem solved. I paid $108 when I could've just put it towards a new phone or getting it...

So I hate to write a bad review about this place because the guy who worked the front desk was actually a really cool guy, and they gave me a new protective screen for it, but there were some problems.

After they fixed my screen a few months ago, my touch I.D. on my 6s no longer worked for starters. Then I started to notice the screen would start to pop out of frame if there was a little bit of contact to it, and I'd have to pop it back into place.

Eventually when I dropped my phone, the screen completely came out of place and the underneath side of the screen ended up getting cracked because of it, even with the screen protector on top. The crack soon spread throughout the screen and I had to get it fixed again.

When I took the phone into a new shop, they told me i was not only missing the bottom two screws on the phone, but several screws were actually found LODGED UNDERNEATH THE SCREEN. This was the reason the damn screen had been popping out of place all the time. And while iPhone doctor took over an hour, the new place I took it to did it in under twenty minutes, AND my touch I.D. was working again.

I'm not going to give one star because the guy running the shop was really nice, but come on man you've gotta...
