I called about 3 times within the 14-day return policy period, and Ronnie was helpful then walking me through several ways to activate the phone. I followed his instructions but was not able to get any sim to work. Reps at Jethro, AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile could not find out why the phone did not work with their SIMS.
