This store is run by a young spanish speaking individual who doesn't speak english. He has someone there who translates for him. He is apparently very good with phones. I brought an old flip phone that needed a new sim card slot and he was able to solder (a fairly complex process) on a new sim card slot. He gave me a good price. Once he gave it back, I still had issues with a certain thing. He was able to quickly find and fix the problem. He charged me a fair (low) price. After being told that i would receive a free diagnosis and estimate on my laptop repair the dude gave my laptop to one of his henchman and mumbled some Spanish to him. I then watched this guy literary weld a simple piece inside the laptop that had come loose, he then told me that he had fixed my laptop and I owe him $125! When I confronted him and said he told me I would receive a free diagnosis and estimate he said back " what do you want me to do now break it?"
