I wouldn't buy from this place I went to go get a truck there and they told me that they go through the same place where I currently already had my other truck loan. And I don't have that great a credit however reliable credit said they would approve me to help me get out of my other truck these people I go in and apply they told me they would contact me at the end of the day and never did so for three days straight after that I checked back and it was the same story we should have an answer at the end of the day finally 4 days later I drive down there to see what's going on . They finally have an answer for me they told me that my credit company would only approve me for a $7,000 loan and that there was nothing they could put me in because I still had a car that I also owed 2500 on so I call my credit company they said they never got my application so I waited another day call again just to see if it would show up credit company said still no record of any application or conversation.. reliable credit keeps track of everything just keep that in mind even phone conversations .. I ended up going to a higher-end dealer was able to trade in my truck and get put in a new truck with low miles on it from 2010.... Here it is a couple weeks later I just wanted to see if reliable credit got any application yet still nothing..... These people lie so if you're smart please don't buy from them it's not a wise idea very sketchy place just like the last place that used to be in the same...

I recently bought a 2005 Honda Element here, and had a great experience. The vehicle was high mileage at over 300k, but it was priced very low, and looked better cared for inside and out than many Elements I looked at before I got to this one. There were some issues that came up during the pre-purchase inspection, like a side airbag recall, a check engine light issue, a very dirty cabin air filter, and some asymmetrically worn rotors with low brake pads. Bill and Gilbert assured me they'd take care of any issues, and they certainly did. They put on new rotors and brake pads, took care of the side airbag recall issue, threw in a brand new cabin air filter (and gave me a spare), and addressed the check engine light issues quickly, at their own cost. They followed through on every promise, and provided the best customer service every step of the way. I highly recommend this dealership!!! I am a single mother of 4 kids and I was looking for a van. I was referred here by a family friend and was just going to check them out but ended up buying that day. Gilbert, Chuck, Wesley have been amazing. I ended up having an issue with the van within a couple hours of being home not wanting to start. I called them immediately and they had me bring it back and they looked it over and ended up replacing the starter, starter relay and ignition switch trying to solve the problem. It seemed as though it did for about 3 weeks when it started doing the same thing again, randomly not wanting to start. So I called them and they said bring it in, after looking it over more we figured out it was the fuse box. They ended up having to send the van to a different shop and had the whole thing replaced for me. I'm so very grateful for these guys at Pacific point. Thet deserve more than 5 stars...
