Garris Jewelers — Local services in Lancaster

I went into Garris Jewelers because my ring was needing to be dipped and inspected. Upon walking in I was instantly greeted and the ladies there were very attentive and professional. When she took my ring she immediately started checking it out and found the center stone was loose. The in store jeweler tightened my prong/stone to make sure I didn't need additional prong work before accepting my ring in for repair. It didn’t. I left my dingy looking wedding set and picked up my like new beautiful wedding set only 4 days later. When I went in to pick up my ring it was the same as when I initially went in - greeted with the same attentiveness I was greeted with the first time I walked into the store. The store is beautiful, it’s clean and I like the location of the store. They also have very nice employees that are very attentive and professional. Our experience with Garris Jewelers was absolutely superb. The moment our grandson, Noah Couick, told us to drive down to Lancaster, we anticipated great service from the employees. Nothing had prepared us for the friendly greetings, the superior customer service, and numerous choices of fine jewelry products that we were presented with when we arrived. Amber made our experience with Garris perfect. She showed us a variety of rings and patiently presented us with various styles to our liking. From the moment we walked in the door to the final sale with the purchase across the table, we were made to feel important and heard. Garris Jewelers is an amazing local small family owners business in Lancaster,SC for many many years. They have an amazing group of employees that always greet you with a smile, and willing to help you find that perfect fit gift, fix Jewlry, resize and order special items too. I have been shopping with them for over 10 yrs now, recently they helped me fix a necklace that I bought there and even pointed out that they had the matching ring to make it a complete set. I love this necklace and ring set with reasonable prices. They even offer a layaway and payment plan for items.
