Bojangles — Restaurant in Lancaster

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE HERE. Waited in drive-thru line for half an hour on a $40 order. Most people were pulling out and leaving but we endured it (even though they weren't even that busy on a Tuesday afternoon). When we finally got to the window the girl didn't say anything and when we said something she was very rude. Didn't apologize for the wait or even seem to want to acknowledge us (it was a young black girl with braids for the record). No receipt was given and she basically just shoved our food out the window without saying a word. We DEFINITELY WONT BE BACK! My wife is 8 months pregnant and does not deserve to be treated that way when we have been longtime customers....In fact, nobody deserves that. Finally got home with the food and chicken is overcooked and rubbery, some of the meat on the wings washed completely fried off and all you could see is bone. The rice looked and tasted reheated or just not fresh, it was dry and bland. Mac n cheese was good. Biscuits were ok and cooked right but cold. And these people want $15 an hour.....YEAH...

I really used to like Bojangles,but there are a couple of things that have changed recently that cause me to steer to the left of their chain. They don't serve drinks with some combos. They stopped selling cinnamon biscuits. They stopped selling sweet potato pies. They have not added anything to their menu that would interest consumers who usually buy those menu items to offset the change. The staff has always been courteous. There are some very reasonably priced menu items, like sausage, steak, and chicken biscuits. But it's hit or miss if the biscuit you want is available. That's another thing. They are regularly running out of menu items. Recently, I stopped to get my mom's favorite - the chicken stips and was informed that they were out of chicken. You can't make this up! I'm usually pretty lenient with my reviews, but things are just not what I feel they could be with a little more effort. The price of everything is going up, and some items really are in short supply, but really, Bo, you just need to step up your game just...

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Me and my dad went in there and we always like to get fresh chicken. We called 15 minutes ahead of time and they said they were dropping some fresh. We never mind to wait on it to be fresh. When we get there we wait another 45 minutes and realize they haven’t even started packing our box yet. Also about that time the fresh chicken comes up and I sit right there and watch one of the workers mix the old chicken with the new chicken. My dad goes to complain to the manager, her name is Dominique, and she straight out lies and says they didn’t mix the old with the new and then my dad just says he wants a refund and she ignores him! He asks 3 more times and she goes to the register and hands him the money. No apology or anything. We can get good service at every other Bojangles in the area in Rock Hill and otherwise, but this one the service is always terrible and rude. Will be...
