Well, first of all, I work 3rd shift. So, when I arrive at the drive-thru speaker around 10:30 am, naturally, I was looking for bread. I started my order by saying "I'm sorry, I don't see the breakfast menu but do you have a breakfast bowl?" The voice said, "we on lunch." No problem. I decided I would go inside, so that I would not hold at the line. I went inside and, first, went to the bathroom. It smelled like someone had just taken a fresh dump. There were pieces of toilet tissue on the floor, pieces of paper towel in the sink, stopping the drain, and the toilet tissue dispenser was broken with an empty Roll On the Open side and a full roll on the side that did not open. But, I made it through this ordeal, and still decided I would for her. I was just that hungry oh, it is raining, it is cold, and I did not feel like going anywhere else. So, I got to the register, and place my order, which was one sandwich and one drink. While I was waiting on my sandwich, I went to the freestyle machine to fix my drink. The first three selections are made were a no-go. The machine was out of whatever ingredients they needed to make the mixture. So, I decided on a regular old Coke Zero. Nothing exciting. Finally, I got my sandwich, left, and opened it up. It was exactly like I ordered, but a little cold. It was nothing exceptional, but nothing terrible either. It was a bit dry, as if they felt like it would be asking too much to put more than a drop of barbecue sauce in the middle of those three onion rings on top of that one little beef patty.
So, enough about the food and the facility. Let's talk about the people. I don't typically do fast foods, but, about a week ago my daughter wanted a particular milkshake. So, we stopped at this same Burger King. I placed my order, and the young lady at the window was very unengaged. Once I paid my money, not only did she never smile, never say thank you, never say a polite word, but, she put the money in the register and began leaning on the register and playing on her cell phone. Today, when the person at the drive-thru intercom did not greet me, I was hoping it would be the same young lady. In that case, I would have gone in, and ask her if she was okay, because she was way too beautiful to have such a Negative disposition. But, it was not. Which, just proves to me, that there's plenty of people at this Burger King that don't really want to work there. The saving grace, and the reason why this Burger King did get two stars from me, is because, at least the person at the front register that took my order smiled. She greeted me. She said thank you. And, see wished me...
Read moreUPDATE 12/23/24 This place has surprisingly gotten worse! Today, they sent the French toast sticks RAW and uncooked!! The gooey raw dough got all over the inside of the bag ruining everything!! SUPER DUSGUSTING. Today they got my stepson with this debacle as I stopped eating there last year. Now, he won't order from here either as of today. This store needs an overhaul starting from the management down to the very irresponsible and incompetent cooks on the line! This is NOT a order issue, this is a health issue. It's also sad to see this location has accrued quite an impressive amount of negative reviews, and still no changes made. We will make the changes by never eating BK again. I've been 100% fine now for a year without that awful food. Steer clear people!!
This BK location is awful. Do not buy or eat here. Food here like today's French toast is undercooked and disgusting. Looking like it came from the bottom of a garbage can. Slimey, raw and folded over. 100% disgusting. So disgusting we had to throw all the entire order out in fear of the rest of the items receiving the same treatment. Do not eat here at all. I've also heard previous horror stories from this location. Cold food is one thing, but undercooked and abused foods are unacceptable and gross. I've never received food like this before in my life. Not at another BK or any other place like such. I will never do business here ever again and will make sure that my loved ones and friends don't...
