I've gone here several times before and never had an issue. Today was absolutely horrible. I explained to the lady as she was doing my nails I did NOT like them several times. Told her that I was in there for a fill in and it still looked like I needed a fill in. She told me no that I was wrong that she can't put the acrylic but so close to my skin. I told her I understood that but she literally only put the acrylic at the end of the acrylic that was already there and not actually filling in my nail. So she put more acrylic on top of it. I'm assuming that I really made her mad at this point because she left a chunk of the acrylic off my nail and as I'm telling her it looks like she chipped my nail (remind you at the base of my nail) told me no, that's not true it doesn't look like that. Refused to fix it! Half of my nails are now thick as crap from where she just layered on even more acrylic. She even "filed" then down because she noticed that I was looking at them. Still way to thick! My natural nail is separating from the tip and she doesn't fix that either. You can tell that some spots barely have any acrylic on them. She was done filing and wanted to paint my nails I told her no! She said you didn't do anything wrong, you nails look better once I paint. No, no they will not! She still charged me $30 for nails she didn't complete and look horrible! My daughter goes with me to get her nails done. The first week we got them done, the very next week we were back because 2 nails popped off! I said maybe it was just something my teen did so I let it slide. The next time it was time for a fill in, literally a week later I had to take her back again because 2 nails popped off AGAIN! And it was the same 2 nails that they had to fix the first time!!!! I will never go back here. It's a shame that you can't fix something you messed up and then tell me that you can't see what I'm talking about. I'm paying you for a service so I believe that I should at least get what I'm asking for.
I would post the pictures but for some reason it...
Read moreThe pictures shown is my foot a few hours after having a pedicure. The nail technician used the abrasive callus remover tool on the top of my foot and rubbed my skin raw. I had no calluses on the top of my foot, no dry skin, nor did I ask for this treatment. He stopped after about 30 seconds of this and after rubbing very aggressively. My foot was bleeding in 5 different areas and he proceeded on with the pedicure rubbing lotion and exfoliator scrub into it all while my blood was getting onto his gloves and he was touching the nail polish bottles, lotion bottles etc. No apology or even an acknowledgement was provided from the nail technician. I left in shock with my foot still bleeding, deciding to pay just to get the heck out of there. The next day it was sore and I couldn't even put a shoe on. Decided to go back into the salon asking for the owner. The employee who greeted me would not go get her but proceeded to tell me, "it will heal in 2-3 days it is just because your foot is not used to the tool". I then stated I was upset it even happened as I had never had someone rub the top of my foot with such an abrasive tool and I didn't want it to happen to anyone else. He spoke to the nail technician who did my pedicure in their language then looked at me and said "it won't happen again" "you should heal in 2-3 days okay?" Then as I was walking out he said, "try not to wear any tight shoes". Y'all.... the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! DO NOT GO! No compensation was given, no discount, not even an apology it was because "my foot wasn't used to it". On top of that the polish started chipping off that evening lol. DO NOT GO, STAY FAR AWAY they don't even...
Read moreFirst time going to Happy Nails and won’t be returning due to the way I was treated today. When I came ask how much it would be for dip was given price, after she finished with my nails I said I wanted a pedicure, once again asked the price, no problem. When it came time to pay, I asked if they accept Apple Pay, they said yes. He then ask for my ID I told him I didn’t have any because my card is on my phone. He tells me oh we can’t take it because you don’t have Id, I would need to take a picture of you and this went on for roughly 20 minutes. I told him no he couldn’t take a picture and to call the police, he did and they wanted to know if the payments didn’t go through and advised him to accept the payment if that’s a payment they accept. All of this while other customers in the salon. Nothing about my presentation said scam from the time I hit the door I asked about pricing because I know how these Orientals like to play pricing games. If I was using someone else’s card, I could care less about what...
