Huddle House — Restaurant in Lancaster

If I could give 0 stars I would. Finally after 20 minutes or more of sitting at table we get a menu. Fast forward an hour later and they bring food out. Not even close to what we ordered. Waitress took food from our table after it had been sitting 5 minutes to another table to see if it was there food. Then took it back to kitchen area. She then brings it back to us and said this is what you ordered. I said no I ordered 3 eggs with cheese bacon and sausage. This plate had 2 eggs sausage and grits with cheese and hashbrowns. She then said oh this is his food. Your only missing bacon. I said no again I ordered.... I then proceed to tell her nevermind I don't want anything at this point. Almost 2 hours later and the only thing we got was coffee. Needless to say I understand yall was busy but the other side seem to be handling her tables just fine. I understand waiting for food while your busy but this was just insane. Another table beside us waited 30 min before getting drinks or a menu. First time trying this place and we will not be back. Next time I will drive to Rock Hill...

This my third time coming to this place for one this is the first review I’ve ever written about a company they do not greet you when you enter there always short staffed place is dirty no tables are clean when you enter I can go on lol! The first visit they were cleaning the grill at 1:00pm which took a whole hour I waited because I had nothing else going on Second time there took 15minutes for the server to come and take our drink order Third new server I understand she was great took a while to get our order restaurant not busy I’m just like really now then the food comes out eggs which is suppose to be over medium came out running like they just ran in a marathon(so we sent the eggs back and she just threw them back on the grill and just cooked a little longer 🤦🏽‍♂️) over all this location needs better management and most definitely needs another regional or area manager because I know he or she isn’t visiting this store on a regular base if they are and they let this mess go on they need to be replaced as well SO YOU CAN BET I WILL NOT BE...

Waited over 15 minutes. We typically go to waffle house so where to wait for a table was new for us. We found another family waiting and went behind them. A waitress walking around clearing tables and serving food. She cleared a table, got the 1st fanily seated. Once a table opened for us, we let a couple with a toddler take it as we were are 2 adults and they were only a couple mins after us. We asked about a table we saw covered in plates that was unoccupied shortly after we walked in on the other side. The waitress said it went to the other waitress (we didnt know their were different waiting sides). We went to that side to wait. The other waitress didn't acknowledge us nor the now 2 tables full of plates. When we thought she'd let us know she'd be a min or was going to address the 2 tables, she went to a table someone was sitting at and putz around moving the salt and pepper shaker near the napkins. She saw us. She knew we were waiting. But like the 2 plate covered tables... she was ignoring us. We walked out. Guess we'll stick to...
