I wish i could rate this place a zero. I had an absolutely terrible experience here. My mother and I stopped here for a nice lunch. I ordered hibachi shrimp and chicken and my mother ordered a steak combination. When our food came out, she got exactly what she asked for but they brought me steak and chicken. I put soy sauce on the food before i realized it wasn’t what i had ordered. I then told the server that it was not what i ordered and she took the plate and walked back to the kitchen. About 5 minutes later she brought the place back. Expecting a fresh meal, i put more soy sauce on it to then realize that it was the same plate i originally received. They simply raked the steak off my plate (Hopefully not onto someone else) and put the fresh shrimp on there. Not realizing this, my rice was soaked with soy sauce, my chicken was cold, and on top of it, they don’t devein their shrimp so i bit into salty, crunchy, shrimp poop. I will never eat here again and its completely unsanitary, especially in the midst of a pandemic. With this kind of terrible business ethic and disgusting corner cutting, I'm surprised they’re still...
Read moreThis was my first(and last)time eating at this place. Prior to ordering the food I asked what comes in the rice and was told it was plain rice. Most Japanese places that I know of have eggs and or veggies in the rice which is why I asked. I ordered a side of rice for my son and a Lancaster roll to try since they don't have California rolls or cucumber rolls which is what he likes. The rice comes out and there's a lot of corn in the rice, so we had to pick the corn out so my son can try to enjoy his food. I ordered the hibachi chicken, it was ok but my rice was cold when i got my plate. My son tried the sushi rolls but he did not like them at all. Overall a strange place to me but we gave it a try since we had already...
Read moreAllergy warning: we used to go here all the time, and it’s delicious food. It’s always hot and fresh and served by the nicest staff. But they have changed something recently, and they denied it. I am severely allergic to peanuts and anything in the peanut family, and the last time I ate here I almost had to go to the hospital because my reaction was so bad. Restaurant denied changing any oils and say they cook in vegetable oil, and they may, but something has changed because I had an allergic reaction and that has never happened after eating there and we have eaten here for about a year now. Needless to say, I can’t eat here anymore because of this. But when I could, the food was delicious. Cheap? No, it’s about...
