Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Lancaster

When I entered to pick up my online order, the store was quite busy. I observed a concerning sequence of actions:

The cashier needed change; the manager in the back—who was making pizzas without gloves—came up.

He retrieved change from a nearby room, handled cash, and opened the register still without gloves—all while continuing food prep routines.

He then returned to making pizzas without washing hands or putting on gloves.

This involves switching between cash handling and food preparation without sanitization or glove change, which could pose a health risk.

I kindly request you to investigate this matter, ensure staff follow proper food...

Placed a simple order, gave name phone number etc. I even asked for good time because my husband was picking another take out order from a different restaurant less than a mile on same road. When they got there a few minutes b4 time given, cashier said no order had been placed. I'm not sure how a common everyday $5 pepperoni pizza that I've been told many times they have at least 2 fresh or coming from oven because they do sell them due the $5 price.My daughter was buying frequently for birthday party's or something quick to pick up for dinner on days kids wanted pizza. She prefers Domino's now call in go to drive-thru, she says they have variety...

Friendly team this evening! Faster then I expected given the amount of pre orders and ppl before me in line HOT AND FRESH as always :-) The man up front who took my order went above and beyond expectations! He made ea customer feel welcome and wanted and he was just a wonderful person full of personality and fun positive energy! He managed to be like this to everyone EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE REALLY BUSY!!
