Updated/Edited on 7/2 after doing some online research as to what may have been going on with this tow guy/company (and possibly others).

Tell me how is it that the tow truck shows up just after I'm getting out of my car (realized in hindsight)? Were they even there for me to begin with or did the other guy get away, and I so happened to replace them? Was this tow guy on the prowl, preying on people? Is there a racketeering operation going on?

I had a very bizarre and freakish incident earlier today in Lancaster City. As a delivery driver it's impossible to earn income/make a living in Lancaster city. Your business is not welcome. But ironically their business seemingly is to take advantage of yours. I parked in the best place I thought to park that would be low risk and not a hindrance. I grabbed a Door Dash order for a customer from a downtown business right nearby, and I returned to my car all within less than 2 minutes. I hardly could accept what I saw when the tow had my car already hooked up. (And btw he didnt drop it so nice later when I think about it.) Yeah I got upset as I should have, and yes I got overly upset which I shouldn't have but the tow guy was awful. Unfortunately, I let him get to me, but it was because I couldn't even understand how he was getting there before I was even there myself. (It also may have had a little to do with the fact that I was soon headed to NY to see my neice graduate.) We had a pretty heated argument. He tried to sound cool and intimidating using the f word with me. The guy had the audacity to tell me that I was the inconvenience. It would have only gotten worse had it not been for the policeman showing up. He was a 3rd person in the situation that helped clear up confusion I had about the option to drop that the tow guy was unwilling to explain. I thought he was telling me I had to pay for the drop at the yard so I kept telling him I had to figure out what to do with the order I currently had if I was to go with him. He kept telling me he didn't care. He was sure willing to just tow my car away and leave me there no matter what! It was all $ to him. I was also told the drop fee was a lower price than what it ended up being. The cop said it was probably hidden fees lol. What for? Where's the detailed receipt showing transparency? Where's my $ actually going? They are corrupt! They act like they're doing some good deed and seem to know you're a terrible person. In actuality I know they're taking good $* from me because they are a terrible business!

*$205 (from the initial $140 I was told) a little less than the earnings I made the day before]

Something was not right about this incident earlier today at all! I still can't figure it out but it is...

First the tow yard illegally towed my car (that's on Ebenezer Baptist Church for having misinformation on my car I paid to park there. Thankfully I have a receipt and will get reimbursed for them towing it) but then I ask how my car was towed and the first guy was helpful and explained how they get it lifted from the front. I was walking around and inspecting it and I just so happen to have brand new scuffs ok the front under part of my brand new car right where he said the dollies go. He said they have pictures that the scuffs were already there. I asked if I could see them and (the guy pictured) drove out back and "showed" me, with his brightness turned nearly all the way down and waving his phone around, the pictures. When I asked if I could take a look he got super aggressive and angry for who knows why. When I finally got a good look at what he was showing me I saw the pictures were from the top front, not under the car. When I mentioned that he stormed off and said "well take it to court, do what you gotta do!" Then tried locking me in because he wanted me to give him the parking pass I paid for but wouldn't simply walk over to me to grab it. I tried explaining to him that I paid for it but he locked the gate on me. The whole interaction was very weird. The guy clearly has a bad ego problem where the smallest thing he gets called out for his first reaction is to storm off and insult you. Everyone else was nice and respectful but this guy is definitely a problem for the business cause he does NOT know how to...

I've been towed by this company sure it hurt didn't have that kind of money to give up because of a mistake I made I was very angry and wanted answers and demanded my car to be brought back to me the guy on the phone after all the f-bombs after all the things I said to this gentleman he did not disrespect me sure he told me a few times you're not listening I meant trying to answer your questions you probably are going to be refused service that made me even angrier but he was right I chose not to listen my mistake parked in a parking lot that I shouldn't have been in cause me to disrespect someone that was just doing their job when I got to the yard the guy was very respectful to me despite the disrespect I showed him I'd be little this worker but he still chose to want to help me I I want to apologize to the employee I do see that they have a very hard job and I was part of the problem now I observe every sign in a parking lot I drive into because I have no money to throw away and I don't have any time in my life for being that ugly towards another human being when I parked my car in a parking lot where I was not permitted to this employee who I met in less of desirable circumstances Mr Valentine I apologize to you and your organization at Lancaster fleet and Auto for acting like a child I should have took an accountability for the fact that I parked in parking lot where I needed permission I hope if I see you you out there I actually get to tell you I'm sorry have...
