If you absolutely have to use this agency DO NOT deal with MISAEL RAMOS.. We had an issue where payments did not process so we had to reinstate our policy, we made the payment, he told us that once the payment would go through we would be reinstated.. we assumed we were good, Had we not been at a car dealership buying a car and told that we didn’t have insurance we would have not known.. we immediately called him.. he was already out of the office.. he did not follow up to see if payment went through nor did he let us know that the reinstatement was not yet complete.. he left us the whole Thanksgiving weekend without insurance.. When we asked for explanation he not once apologized for not following up on what i consider to be his job, As an agent I would have never left my office without letting my clients know hey its not been processed yet.. We have been with State Farm for over 20 years.. We would have appreciated accountability, an apology, his attitude was inappropriate..We reached out to SANG LEE another State Farm office, who agreed that it wasn’t handled correctly. He went out of his way on a holiday weekend, left the comfort of his home went back to his office and got us the policy reinstated that same night!!
