Lancaster is NOT Philadelphia, so why do you have no real bargain bins? Why are almost all back issues priced are near mint values? You should try greeting your customers when they bother to physically enter your store —it’s 2022 and you’re competing with a dozen shops in the region plus eBay! Don’t make customers move cardboard and pricing guns out of the way in order to even see your merchandise for sale! To the man with the Captain America suspenders behind the counter, I am not returning.

Great comic store! There was a lot to see and buy and it's a good sized store. There's a lot more than just comics, and the staff are friendly. There's a free parking lot. We went and they were giving out one free comic for everyone. Great place and definitely recommend it!

We stopped here because we were in the area. This place is very deceiving from the outside. It's huge inside with just about everything you could imagine a Comic Store would have. Their prices are fair and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

As a person who has never been to a comic book store but has an interest in digital comics, this is a great place to go. In terms of comic selection they have thousands of old near-mint grade single issues covering just about every series you could want at very reasonable prices, I was also very surprised as to the premium collector grade collections they keep constantly stocked. The gentleman at the counter was very knowledgable and helped me find exactly what I was looking for somehow even though I wanted some extremely obscure stuff. All together id reccomend The Comic Book Store to anyone in lancaster area, whether you're a new person just getting into comics and looking to build a awesome physical collection like me or a seasoned collector looking to complete your collection. Finally some side notes: From what I understand all of the older single issues they have were passed along from a fellow collector after he passed away. I believe that what they have is all they get so don't be surprised if some sections are already picked over for the good stuff, if you want a more obscure older title call in to see if they got it and snag it sooner than later, especially if it's cool since that's all they will get. When it comes to the collector issue collections this doesn't matter since I believe they restock from a supplier for new copies when they need to. they also keep a very healthy stock of Board games and card games do if you're looking for Magic, CAH or something like that you should consider...

You're experience at this shop will probably vary based on who is working. I have been here about 5 times now, one guy is very nice and very talkative, the other guy is kinda grumpy and has what seems to be a Rosetta stone Spanish lesson running though the PA system. Although he seems grumpy, when you check out he is actually a really nice guy and quite helpful.

The comic selection is really great here. A ton of back issues and basically every new comic you are looking for. They have a massive amount of collectibles, board games, card games, statues and graphic novels.

I have always had great customer service here. I just picked up a variant of a comic that came out Wednesday, they held it for me until Thursday evening. I thought this was very nice since they clearly sold any of them that they had on the shelf and probably could have sold this one before I got there, but they really helped me out. I would recommend this store to any nerds, geeks or other human beings that just like fantasy.

The prices aren't the best but they don't really gouge you either. My girlfriend and I check this store at least once a month because they do a great job of rotating their inventory and getting new...

The rudest staff. I was going through their comic bins and it was taking me awhile. I was the only customer there and it was the middle of the day. I like to take my time while hunting in the wild and the person working came up to me after I was there for awhile and asked if I needed anything. I ha at least a stack of comics well worth over $100 dollars that I was going to purchase but the guy was acting like I was gonna steal them or something. I told him I didn't but he just kept standing there looking at me! He even spoke me a little earlier so he knew I didn't need help with anything. I go there at least once every couple months and spend over $100. I put the books down and walked out. Most times I don't even get a hello when I walk in. They lost money that day and a customer...
