I went back to the Verizon store in Lancaster' after purchasing 2 Samsung Galaxy S20 plus cell phones . While we were there when we purchase them the screen protector machine was not working correctly, we were told to come back anytime for our screen protectors as we had purchased the service to download our content etc. I went into the store and was ask for my phone number gave it to them , 2 of the representatives went to the computer and started whispering so I gave them another number that was associated with the account then they told me that although we had purchased the service we did not pay for the screen savers when we purchase the service. We weren't told that she had not charged us for the screen savers, at the time, we were just told the total amount and we paid it and were told then, by that representative to come back any time for the screen savers. As I was about to tell them that I'm sorry but I had not been told that we were not charged for the screen savers A very heavy dark head female came into the conversation And raised her voice very loudly and told me you did not pay for that service. I WISH I had said "I am not deaf there is no need to yell at me. I wish I had said there is no need for your rudeness. But I did not. Read moreI purchased a brand new screen protector from Zone in Lancaster, NH. When I took the screen protector out of the box the edge of the glass had a defect. It was not cracked or scratched, just a cosmetic defect. Less than 15 minutes after purchasing the protector I returned to Zone and showed the sales associate. She was “impressed” with the defect and couldn’t tell if that is something I did or if it came that way. Instead of exchanging the item, she stated I could call the manufacturer as the screen protector has a lifetime warranty. After a bit of back and forth, she contacted her manager. For the sake of “customer satisfaction” she was able to SELL me a new screen protector at half the price... I purchased the screen protector, had her put it on. There was a bubble in the screen but she said it would go away with use. Next day, the bubble has spread and the edges of my screen are not sealed. I spent a total of $50 on screen protectors...

Corey (sp?) showed me how to access this info on my phone, then helped me set up adirect connection w/my bank account. That resolved the reason for my visit... but then he asked if there was anything else I was having trouble with? I'd just gotten my phone a month prior & couldn't get it connected to Android Auto in my Mazda, despite referencing my car manual & Google. He offered to come outside & have a look! He actually sat in my car while I attempted to pair the app/device, witnessed my difficulty & did some troubleshooting on the spot... in less than 10 min. he solved the problem, got my phone to successfully pair w/my car & proceeded to demonstrate some apps I can now use thru my car!
