Most horrible customer service ever!! Made one of our subs wrong ( ordered online so we didn't know till we got home). Tried to call and nobody would answer. My bf was hungry so he decided to just try and and eat the sub. It was awful so he wrapped the sub up and drove back to the restaurant. The kid behind the counter looked at his order slip and admitted it was made incorrectly said "what do you want me to do about it". He asked him to remake the sub even said a 6 incy sub would be okay where a few bites were missing. The kid said that because a few bites were missing there was nothing he could do!! will never go back to this restaurant ever again. Read more08/11/24 around 2:40pm -- Worst experience I've ever had with Subway. EVER. I placed an order online, and the subway app gave me an option for delivery. It had been over an hour since I placed the order, and I had called to check in on the estimated time it would be here. I was met with a condescending attitude and belittling behavior over the phone. Telling me she had been watching the sandwiches I had ordered, sitting there for the past hour. Other branches I've gone to in the recent past, have had no issues calling me if there was any issue or question on an order. The whole experience, she had a very unpleasant and sour attitude. I would have appreciated a call to let us know that they couldn't deliver or that the order needed to be picked up.
