Updated to add - the hours posted online are wrong and the hours stated on the refill reminder call are also wrong. I have tried filling 4-5 prescriptions since they opened. It has taken 2 visits (3 in one case) each time because of a never ending list of issues including missing customer info, missing prescriptions, overlooking pre-auths needed (only due to change over of pharmacy, not change in any of my info) missing child's info, including her insurance). The pharmacist and techs are clearly confused and overwhelmed with the changes and now every one of the 3 I've seen working act very openly like they hate their jobs and everyonewho comes in. There are some staff that are kind and try very hard, a lot of customers are quite rude to them when there are wait times, and I understand that they are an understaffed pharmacy serving many towns. My only complaints are that to refill a prescription is a challenge, our prescriptions are always delayed by hours and occasionally a day. Sometimes their automated system calls me to say I have prescriptions ready, when I don't, and other times I am expecting a call and get none. In fact, even the employees at McDonald's are kinder and more helpful than those at this pharmacy. They are aware that they handle sensitive issues, yet they seem oblivious to any struggles, whether mental or physical.
