Wonderful small town feeling they completely fixed a problem that a large jewler refused to fix costing the customer time and replacements cost with full warranty purchased on a Zales ring. This was a 10 stone grandmother ring with all the grand's stone's in the ring. The youngest of the grands are twins. And it was very disappointing but we made light of it, one of the twins stones continued to fall out and was replaced 5 times over. Zales gave my mother the run around and this ring was a gift for her 57th wedding anniversary. We circled round for 2 years she tried to get Zales to commit to their warranty...until I had to confiscate the ring from her and bring it to Covington to have it taken care of myself. We lost Nolan the youngest grand one too many times the ring holds great emotional value for my mom... She would call me and tell me i l9st Nolan again, it became the light of the issue to keep us laughing... I'm headed back to have them evaluate a couple of family rings 💍 in hopes to pass my grandmother's engagement ring to my daughter who will be the great granddaughter of its original owner... I was very disappointed In my experience with this jeweler sent us he does have a very nice inventory and I would very much like to purchase for them in the future. But due to my experience with him personally I am not going to allow myself to do that even if I find some piece in particular that I really like.

I have a ring that I was looking to have an appraisal done on, simple enough one would think. Well the metal was texting differently than the original appraisal tested and family told me it was due to the ring being plated with a protective yet common precious metal more value than the gold itself.

I was told that the jeweler would not adjust his appraisal despite the original nor try and retest the ring.
