Third Space Coffee and Bakery — Restaurant in Landrum

Cute new coffee shop in landrum, great addition to the area :)

Came here on a Saturday and the place was bustling! I ordered some iced lavender lattes and a slice of cake peanut banana cake. The lattes came fast, ready in 5 minutes and the desserts were packed away for me.

The staff is super friendly and the interior is cute and fun.

The drinks could have been a little better, the espresso and flavor wasn’t very strong from first sip, so by the time my ice near melted the drink lost most of its flavor. It’s better to drink it before the ice melts for sure!

The cake was also just a bit too sweet, the icing tasted very sugary, but the texture was great and flavor combo was nice. Not a favorite but would definitely give a different flavor a try.

I finally made my way to Third Space and so very glad I did! The coffee, the baked goods, the service, the atmosphere - all top notch! From the moment you approach to the moment you leave, warmth and sincerity will walk your every step. It's clean, inviting, warm, and very well lit with natural light. There is ample seating within and even more seating available outside. A ☕ is only as good as its espresso pull and the barista crafting it. They've nailed it. The baked goods are beautiful, very nicely displayed, and plentiful. The focaccia is perfect (great crumb, flavor, & just right on the olive oil saturation). Great spot to grab a coffee & snack and get some work done. The syrups are house-made and the drinks are perfectly crafted. The baked goods were moist and tasty, and the granola was a perfect breakfast. I had the seasonal blueberry basil latte with my granola and knocked out several productive hours of work. It was a bit noisier than some coffee shops, as it was bustling with kids and other chatty groups, so it may not be ideal for remote meetings, but with noise cancelling headphones I was able to easily focus and work.
