Awesome customer service!!! Very eager to help or assist sincerely, with a smile AND a good sense of humor. Very consistent, a Lady employee in particular showed a gift of attentiveness that showed off a very desirable ability as an enjoyable Sales Representative that was an asset for the Employer, for my Husband and I, as well as for herself, so it seemed, by her smile, laugh and Genuinely enjoyable personality. Thank you to to each employee that was there for such a welcoming atmosphere, that my Husband and I were offered the assistance or help by all of you before we were had left your establishment. I apologize, I do not know your names, the day however I do warmly recall,was Wednesday February 3, 2021 the day after one of the hardest days of my life. And on Wednesday morning an all too familiar voice filled with sadness, doubt, & Fear I woke to crying so desperately to the heart within me, why didn't you feel me? Read moreDouble Check the prices, you might find a better deal elsewhere. Normally I shop at Mr. Vapor’s stand alone stores. However I stopped in at Wild Bills because I was in the area and I knew Wild Bills owns Mr. Vapor. I asked for my normal Vape Juice and when the cashier rang me up I noticed the pricing to be higher. We went back and forth, they most likely thought I was just a Karen. lol I don’t care, call me Karen. I know when I’m getting screwed, and it certainly isn’t the employee’s fault they just work there. Just another prime example of corporations trying to pull a fast one on us. I’m not saying they can’t be a good source for the products you might need, but definitely check the pricing on your phone at least; before you make your purchase. A wise Michigan Man used to say. “The customer doesn’t need us, we need them.” Remember that for your next purchase.

Read moreWent in for a $50 trailer park boys silibong and 2 $5 510 thread batteries and the employee tried to upsell me a $20 510 thread battery because he kept telling me the amps of the chargers most people use are wrong and instead of trying to sell a charger he kept pushing the batteries so I left without a purchase. They have a nice selection of items just the constant upselling at this location is off-putting. I will just continue to use the Jackson or Westside locations as the staff is a lot better.
Update 7-1-2020 The $5 drip batteries I wanted from this store are still working with no problems, I just went to another vape shop to get them, no special charger needed and no misinformed salesman trying to upsell.
Update 6-12-2022 Went in today to browse for a new glass piece with my wife and had a very pleasant time, no one came over to try and upsell something. When we found the pieces we wanted to look at the woman who helped was very nice and after viewing them better we bought one, she then wrapped up very well and within just a few minutes we was out the door with an item we really liked.
