I live very close to the subway on Penn and mt hope.. but everytime I would make an online order they would call me with they don't have this or that.. multiple times.. so I ended up just saying f it & started going to the cedar & jolly location... for a long time I never had issues there. But recently, I had made an online order and when I got there it was pretty packed so I obviously waited my turn in line. Eventually when I made it up there i was told they were out of everything I wanted.. but was told I needed to call back in the morning for a refund. Very annoyed I was still polite and decided to go else where for dinner. I call back the morning and only was able to have my food re made as the MOS told me that guy apparently stole tons of money and food from the store & was fired. Well anyways I had ordered another time or two without any issues.. today I order online & I walk into a lady mopping the floor, I immediately told my young daughter to walk to the side & apologized to the girl... she immediately comes back with well the pop machine broke so I'm mopping everything up and can't do much else. I ignore her very rude comment & continue to stand at the counter hoping someone else was working.. NOPE. This chick finally slams the mop down to come over with rolledddddd eyes and asks what I wanted.. saying i had a pick up order. Well when I finally got home to open our food.. my daughters & I's sandwiches are switched. 🙄 apparently they don't know how to read either. I always tip and also did on this order. But this subway has some very lazy ghetto people working in it lately. F them for awhile until they can find actual people. 😵💫🙄🤣 the lady also felt it was necessary to SCREAM at my daughter for leaning on the glass when I immediately told my child not to. This chick was so ghetto and unprofessional. 🤮 I hope she doesn't last long there. 🤣 ain't gonna get no type of business with her working there. Wish I would of...
Read moreI work just right down the road from this Subway location so I tend to visit it regularly for my 30-minute lunches. About 4 months back I had gone here for lunch to get my regular sub and there were two men working at the time. While one of the guys was making my sub the other stood back by the cash register and took a big hit of his vape and blew it all over the store (as they tend to make very large vapor clouds). I was extremely disgusted so I just took my sub and left. So today I decided to go back to that Subway, thinking they wouldn't be vaping, and low and behold it was 10x worse. There were two workers and about 6 customers in line not including myself. One of the workers decided to take her sweet time to make the bread and the other work, who was making the subs, was cursing up a storm about how much he hated the gloves they have to wear. Usually I'm not a stickler about cursing but when you are at your job and there are customers there, including small children, you should refrain from bad language. Not only was the language off putting but so were the three hickeys wrapped around this young man's neck. At this point I just wanted to get my sub and get out because I was so disgusted but after waiting in line for 20 minutes I had to leave (sub-less) because they had only managed to help 3 out of the 6 people who were in line. Now I am currently starving and still have a full 8 hour shift ahead of me with no food. If you can help it at all by not ever going to this Subway then I would suggest that. This facility is absolutely horrific and so...
Read moreToday wasn't the best experience. I go twice a week and the younger two employees female/male team that are usually there give me the best service everytime. They kill it together. However, the older female/male team wasn't a pleasant experience today. He was distracted or half listening so I got the wrong bread and didn't add the extra cheese I wanted. Then she (def 40's) was irritated I wanted to add things to the sub. I've never heard that the specialty subs come as is and if that's the case I'll order it as a BYO. The meat would be the same so I'll still be charged as said specialty sandwich. Idk what she was saying made no sense. I was very polite though I was irritated by their lack of professionalism. Pro tip don't call your customers by lil nicknames like hun, sweetie etc. A person like me hates that. Just to avoid making someone uncomfortable use more professional terms in a professional environment. All in all it's a regular subway I think it's the employees that have a big impact on...
