Today, I felt like my business wasn't appreciated their... I been coming to the hardware for a minute now and each time I'm there I spent a decent amount of money. I fill up a 100 lb propane tank each time and sometimes buy extra stuff If needed. At times it doesn't need a lot of propane a all but I want to top it off due to me having an event or etc... Today the manager/ owner (don't know exactly what is his position) came out with an discerning attitude (no salutation) himself and a younger employee came and took the tank off the trailer and filled the tank and once it was done he bluntly stated " You know theirs gonna be a time when theirs not gonna be no one here to help get this tank off, you need to get a Guage. Then he walked off as if he was mad about the tank only taking in 4.5 gallons.... I thankedy the younger employee because everytime I come in he's always willing to help, no matter what.... Upon thanking him, an elderly female employee butted in adding her two scents to the situation..(not needed) . But just know my money is long and will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.... The way they both made me feel tiday wasn't appreciated... Word of advice, your business needs improvement on...

Aggressively helpful employees! I was asked 4 times if I needed help in the less than 20 mins in the store. Don't go in here unless you know EXACTLY what you want and are prepared to describe that in great detail to the employees.

If you ask the location of something, they will page an employee to stand there assisting/staring at you until you make a decision on your item. In the process of forcing you to make a decision, they mansplain to you that they have 30 years experience. It's weird to experience high pressure sales in a hardware store on a $0.30 screw, that you don't actually know the size of.

I wonder if men get treated the same way when they shop here or if they can be left...

These guys are so helpful, it's like having that neighbor who tells you how to fix it and what you need, then finds the screw or glue or whatever you need. The house and car key copies are quick and well made. Oh, and they fill those big white fuel tanks (butane? I'm a dummy). Good local place even if...
