DON’T BUY FROM THIS PLACE! I ordered shoes about a month ago. They were supposed to be here by a certain date for an event, and they were two days late. On top of that, they sent the wrong size shoe. I contacted the vendor to ask about a refund. They argued that I input the wrong shoe size when I ordered which was ridiculous because I needed a 12 and they sent me a 14. Since they would not take accountability I asked them to exchange it for a 12. It turns the only size they had remaining was a 14!! So, I had to return it for a full refund. But because the vendor would not take accountability for screwing up the size, I had to pay for the shipping. Because of their screw ups I ended up paying $25 for absolutely nothing!!! No shoes, no credit, just a loss of $25!!! DO NOT USE YHIS VENDOR!!!! They are some fly by night vendor being run out of someone’s basement. After immediately sending proof of returning the incorrect item they sent me (with UPS tracking) as I was asked to do, they did NOT do as promised and send me my correct order. They have now told me that they couldn’t send out correct item or issue refund until the item is back in their possession. Placed order online, when I received, it was completely different item and size. I immediately called to let them know about the mistake. I was on hold for 15+ minutes before being disconnected. Called again, after being on hold additional time someone finally was able to help me. They will not send me correct item until I send proof of what I received being mailed back to them. This was due to be a Christmas gift on Saturday. Now I have to sit around and hope that they actually send me the correct item, and that it gets here on time. Today on December 18 I get a message that my card was refunded and the order cancelled. I called customer service to ask why in the world I was being told 16 days after I ordered that I was not getting the item. After investigating I was told that an employee incorrectly typed my email address on December 6th to send a note letting me know that the item was not available. Why are you not using an automated email system??? My email for order notifications, etc was coming through fine.
