Nayelis is so rude and lacks in customer service skills and people skills. Should not be in the drive thru window.
My son and i had been boycotting chick fil a for months since they announced their "No Antibiotics Ever (NAE) to No Antibiotics Important To Human Medicine (NAIHM) starting in the Spring of 2024."
Mind you, we used to frequent cfa almost every other day. This is the second time getting a meal. The first time was Saturday right after work and we had no issue requesting extra sauces without getting charged for them along with great customer service however, he said the fries were made as if the oil was old.
Today however was a different experience. As the young lady took my order i requested many sauces as i usually do. I also requested the honey mustard since we have never tried them from there. No issue until i get to the window where a young gentleman hands me my order and as i check my bag i noticed the quantity of sauces i requested were not in the bag. So i then tell him if i can have certain sauces and hes apologizing to Nayelis saying "sorry thats my bad" getting pushback from her and telling me i already had some in my bag. As im holding up the line getting the sauces out to show them i didnt have the correct quantity of the ones i requested. I asked if there was an issue and she states with an attitude that "the girl who took my order didnt tell me they charge for sauces." I then stated "thats not an issue, I'll pay for them." As im counting the sauces they gave me to see which ones im pending and asking how many per meal, and how many per sandwich do they give out holding up the line as my frozen coffee is melting she's rudly assuring me "it was me that gave you the sauces so I know how many i put." It's beyond frustrating to witness inconsistency of one day they dont charge for sauces and another day she's acting as if the sauces come out of her paycheck.
Ridiculous and inconsistent behavior. Do better ln training your staff to be more polite and consistent. The young female manager in blue was standing there as I mentioned i hadnt been here in months and this is the frustration im dealing with as my frozen coffee melts and all of the vehicles in line behind me.
Get it together either every single time you charge for sauces or you don't. If I'm requesting a certain amount of a certain sauce why am I getting pushback.

Read more10/03/23 @6:30pm As always Josiah provided excellent service. He usually assists me when I am doing drive thru. I am a frequent customer and I visit this chick fil a almost every other day. However, today I opted get down and have dinner inside with my son and as we were eating and enjoying our meal we were reminiscing on how before they remodeled the building they would never fail to get my order wrong time after time. After being remodeled their quality of service and food all around got better. While I was half way through my sandwich I needed two more sauces and as did my son. I go up to the counter and as I requested the sauces a young, thin, female employee with a bow in her ponytail and glasses asked how many I had already received. I told her two for my meal and two for my son. She then stated she would have to charge me for each sauce I was literally speechless. I never thought chick fil a would do this to their customers. I asked her since when do they charge for sauces and she said it was as per policy that began 2months ago. I told her not once have they ever charged me for sauce while in the drive thru and they are always quick to fulfill my request with the exact amount I need. We both use 4 sauces per meal if I wasn’t half way done with my food I would’ve returned it from the anger I had. I used to be part of the Chick Fil A team up on Monarch Drive and it was truly an honor working there. So I know what it's like to be 100% on your customer service, friendliness, and self service. Today, I met the most amazing person ever! I have never met someone so kind and courteous, her hospitality and customer service was was so amazing even words can't express it. Rita is her name and will be the reason why I'll be visiting this store more frequently. The way she took care of every table with such a kind and friendly smile along with something to make us chuckle and smile ourselves, the way she made sure that before we sat down she offered to clean the seats and table, asked if there was anything she could do to make our stay more welcomed. She had it all, she went above and beyond and honestly sometimes people need that. Like we learn, we never know what our customers are going through or what kind of day they had. Though it isn't hard to do the kind of work Rita does when it comes to hospitality, it really takes love, compassion, and being devoted to work.
