The second star is on a curve. Location may be placed inside a Target, but lacks so much. It's the McDonald's broken ice cream machine of locations. If equipment isn't down, they're out of stock with ingredients. Out of the four locations in the city, this one is ranked five. A tip: before getting in line, Ask out loud if all their equipment is working and if all ingredients are in stock. That should help prevent a wasted long wait to be told of mishaps at arrival to register. It may seem embarrassing, for them, but it should get point across to management to keep well stocked and schedule proper. One person on a Saturday does not make well for attending customers. Worst Starbucks in the country. I travel all over the US for work. Never had a problem or any issue in any location including the stores inside target. But on this one the employee refuses to make my drink right. My coffee is so simple. I always buy the same triple shot of expresso. And i ask for LONG shots, so the cup is full. In other words, all he had to do is let the machine run longer. Just extra WATER running over the same coffee, to make a longer shot. But he refused, told me that they don't do on that store. The cashier messed up on my order, once i had my drinks i explained this isn't what i had told her at the register & if i could get another drink made correctly. The cashier refused to make my new drink & said the next deink would be made the same way even if i ordered it without ice. HOW HARD IS IT TO NOT ADD ICE TO A BEVERAGE. Last time I will be visiting this franchise. 7 Brews is better anyways & the employees arent disrespectful....
