Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Laredo

This is like the worst LC location in Laredo, its dirty, unprofessional, loud (like a bar) and well the store is managed by a bunch of kids so I'm thinking that's their main problem. Here is why I rate them 1 star.

Went in, ordered 2 hot and ready. Girl at counter said it will take 10 mins, i said OK and stepped to the side. Line starting to form, and the 3rd customer asked if they had anything already made, girl at counter found 2 hot and ready and gave one to that customer, I got close to counter to say i was already waiting for 2 pizzas, those are mine. She didn't listen to me and gave that one away. Next customer also wanted 1 pizza so they gave him the other remaining pizza. Obviously I was upset, I asked why would she give away my pizzas and she shrug it off, she went in the back and they immediately started doing my 2 pizzas, they came out in like 6 mins. Once i had them I told them I wanted to speak with the manager, kid went in the back and came back saying the manager is there but was busy, so i just told him that this service was unacceptable and needed to do better, i pointed out the floors and windows they look so dirty, the store is a mess and you have inappropriate music that makes this place seem like a bar.

There is no point in doing a complaint with HQ because they will give you a free pizza from that location, I am never going to this...

I stop by yesterday for a couple of pizzas and some cheese bread sticks, cashier was nice , tolme it may take 15 to 20 min , it all good no problem, then this lady comes from the back ands starts lashing at the employees, at that time I assume she was the manager, I got my order and then I ask to speak to her , kindly I just told her next time you call your employees out doing in private and on the back room , no nice for customers to see all that , she told me that if I had a problem or complaint to call the 1800 number 😂😂, that literally she was dealing with spoil brats with no respect as employees, and that she has 11 yrs experience and that that was not her store, she was just helping 😂😂, and not to tell her how to do her job🤦🏽‍♂️, then I told her you as a manager are talking to me like that , no wonder employees don't respect you , Dammm she has a long way to go as a manager, Mr owner if you need a manager you are more than welcome to contact me , I'm sure I can fix your issues. Called five times and they never picked up, this specific little ceasars is always lacking good customer service and management. Last time I went for a calzone pizza and only that pizza I ordered, they told me it’ll be ready in 15-20min so I went to my car to wait; once it was almost time I went in for my order, cashier girl seemed hesitant since she kept going back and forth to the front and the back only to come back and tell me they didn’t do the pizza so I had to wait another 20minutes. I called for the manager (which she was rude and giving attitude, no apology for the pizza) and got my refund but the cashier girl has to speak up, she seemed imitated and I guess...
